Churchill Stateside Group (CSG) would like to welcome Joseph Dedek to our team as Senior Vice President, Tax Credit Fund Manager. Joe is responsible for managing tax credit funds consisting of investments in Low Income Housing, Historic, New Market, and Energy Tax Credits.
Mr. Dedek strengthens the resources of the CSG Team with more than 15 years of experience in managing investments in multifamily and commercial real estate portfolios. As CSG’s Tax Credit Fund Manager he will be working with our investor partners in the management of the day-to-day operations of our Funds. He is also responsible for managing and reporting on the overall financial performance of the Funds as well as coordinating the efforts of internal team members, legal and accounting.

Prior to joining CSG in July of this year, Mr. Dedek was the Divisional Chief Financial Officer with the Credit Suisse Tax Credit Group and responsible for the general financial management and oversight of the family of tax credit funds in excess of $850M of invested equity. Mr. Dedek also spent seven years with the affordable housing and mezzanine debt and equity divisions of KeyBank Real Estate Capital Private Equity Group as its Chief Financial Officer and managed invested equity of $1.3B. Mr. Dedek began his career at KPMG departing as a manager in audit practice. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in Accounting from John Carroll University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
