Previously, Marc served as Director, Asset Management for Jones Lang LaSalle Multifamily overseeing a team managing portfolio surveillance, compliance reporting and risk analysis of over $10B in Agency debt for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Life Company loans with a focus on multifamily affordable housing as well as market rate and seniors housing. Marc also worked directly with Borrowers and Lenders on adherence to green financed loan repairs and reporting requirements post-closing. Prior to JLL, Marc held roles with Freddie Mac Multifamily’s Asset Management & Operations team at their corporate headquarters including managing the Seller/Servicer operational performance review process across all business lines, leading client engagement initiatives and surveillance functions including risk analysis and compliance reporting.
Marc graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He has completed levels I & II of the Certified Commercial Mortgage Servicer designation with the Mortgage Bankers Association.
Ms. Goyer joined CSG as an Asset Manager based in Clearwater, FL bringing over 25 years of LIHTC Syndication, Compliance, and Asset Management experience to the team where she oversees the compliance monitoring and risk assessment functions for the CSG portfolio.
She has advanced knowledge of the fundamental principles and practices of the LIHTC industry to include: syndication underwriting and closing, transitional and stabilized asset management, construction, due diligence, risk management, equity servicing and administration, and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining the CSG team, Ms. Goyer was employed by Raymond James Financial, where she held various positions across all functional areas within the firm’s Investment Banking & Affordable Housing subsidiaries.
In her most recent role as Senior Underwriter/Transition Asset Manager, she was responsible for a portfolio of projects from closing through stabilization; with management-level review and approval authority of all capital funding criteria for adherence to underwriting and investor requirements prior to final close-out.
Prior to joining RJTCF, Ms. Goyer worked for the State of Wisconsin within the Gaming Commission, where she held a regulatory position as a Racing Official/Judge responsible for overseeing the staff and operations of the Racing Association for compliance with state racing regulations. Responsibilities included hearing cases related to alleged violations of state racing laws as part of an adjudicating board.
Ms. Goyer graduated summa cum laude with both a BAS from St. Petersburg College in Technology Management, and an MBA from Marylhurst University School of Business with a concentration in real estate. Ms. Goyer also holds the HCCP designation from the National Association of Home Builders.
Roger joins CSG as a Senior Asset Manager, bringing more than 30 years of diverse experience in the underwriting, servicing, and asset management of performing and non-performing commercial real estate loans to the team.
Previously, Roger worked at a non-profit affordable housing finance company, where he led an asset management group administering a $3.7 billion portfolio of multifamily loans. Prior to that assignment, Roger managed an underwriting group focused on Freddie Mac SBL loans within the same corporation.
Roger graduated from Fordham University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
Jeff spent 5 years at CBRE Multifamily Capital performing asset management and surveillance duties on a portfolio of Fannie Mae and bridge multifamily loans concentrated across the United States. Prior to that, he spent 3 years as a Portfolio Analyst at CBRE Loan Services.
Jeff graduated from Baylor University with Bachelor’s degrees in Finance, Real Estate, and Entrepreneurship.
Prior to joining CSG, Amanda spent four years at Colliers Mortgage, where she managed asset management and servicing responsibilities for a nationwide portfolio of Fannie Mae multifamily loans. In this role, she partnered closely with borrowers and lenders to oversee post-closing requirements, reporting, and ongoing portfolio management.
Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Lake Forest College.
Quinten is an extremely driven and detail oriented Senior Analyst at Churchill Stateside Group, working out of the Clearwater, FL office.
Before working at Churchill Quinten worked as Licensed Loan Officer for Penny Mac. Quinten is a Veteran who served in the Marine Corps Infantry for 5 years. After completing his enlistment honorably, he graduated from University of Tampa with a bachelor’s degree in business management.
She has nearly a decade of experience in various facets of the renewable energy sector, namely with solar, battery energy storage systems, and wind turbine projects. Previously working in project management and software integration on commercial and utility scale solar projects all over the world, she brings industry knowledge to the Asset Management team that monitors Churchill’s Renewable Energy portfolio. She oversees the financial and operational performance for all solar and BESS projects, as well as collaborating with managing members, insurance and legal partners, and investors.
Nichole graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree, and completed her Master’s in Business Administration from Colorado State University.
