Previously, Marc served as Director, Asset Management for Jones Lang LaSalle Multifamily overseeing a team managing portfolio surveillance, compliance reporting and risk analysis of over $10B in Agency debt for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Life Company loans with a focus on multifamily affordable housing as well as market rate and seniors housing. Marc also worked directly with Borrowers and Lenders on adherence to green financed loan repairs and reporting requirements post-closing. Prior to JLL, Marc held roles with Freddie Mac Multifamily’s Asset Management & Operations team at their corporate headquarters including managing the Seller/Servicer operational performance review process across all business lines, leading client engagement initiatives and surveillance functions including risk analysis and compliance reporting.
Marc graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He has completed levels I & II of the Certified Commercial Mortgage Servicer designation with the Mortgage Bankers Association.
Roger joins CSG as a Senior Asset Manager, bringing more than 30 years of diverse experience in the underwriting, servicing, and asset management of performing and non-performing commercial real estate loans to the team.
Previously, Roger worked at a non-profit affordable housing finance company, where he led an asset management group administering a $3.7 billion portfolio of multifamily loans. Prior to that assignment, Roger managed an underwriting group focused on Freddie Mac SBL loans within the same corporation.
Roger graduated from Fordham University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
Jeff spent 5 years at CBRE Multifamily Capital performing asset management and surveillance duties on a portfolio of Fannie Mae and bridge multifamily loans concentrated across the United States. Prior to that, he spent 3 years as a Portfolio Analyst at CBRE Loan Services.
Jeff graduated from Baylor University with Bachelor’s degrees in Finance, Real Estate, and Entrepreneurship.
Mr. Thornton is an Eagle Scout and currently is working on his Associate degree at Saint Petersburg College, with hopes of transferring to USF for his Bachelor degree.
During her 20 year tenure with MMA/Midland, Ms. Carroll served as Vice President of the Loan Administration Department and as Vice President/Closing Support Manager. As part of her responsibilities, she developed and implemented loan closing policies, procedures and processing manuals, and met daily deadlines for processing millions of dollars in construction loans and tax credit equity installments.
Kat Fiamingo is a dedicated Loan Processor at CSG with a strong academic foundation in finance and economics. Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a minor in Economics from the University of South Florida, Kat has developed a keen analytical mindset and a comprehensive understanding of financial systems.
At CSG, Kat excels in managing and ensuring the accurate and timely distribution of funds. Their role involves meticulous oversight of financial transactions to guarantee that funds are allocated to their intended destinations effectively.
Highly skilled in Excel, Kat continuously seeks to enhance their proficiency through learning new tips and techniques. This commitment to staying current with industry tools and practices enhances their ability to perform complex analyses and streamline processes.
With a blend of technical expertise and a passion for continuous improvement, Kat contributes significantly to the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations at CSG.
