Churchill Stateside Group supports numerous local and national organizations that work tirelessly to promote the development of affordable housing, sustainable communities and renewable energy. Some of these organization are;

National Council of State Housing Agencies – NCSHA’s mission is to advance through advocacy and education the nation’s state Housing Finance Agencies’ efforts to provide affordable housing to those who need it.

Council for Affordable & Rural Housing – CARH is a non-profit organization that serves as the premier association for all participants in the affordable rural housing profession. CARH was a leader in developing the low income housing tax credit (LIHTC) and continuously monitors all tax proposals to protect and improve the provisions that make the construction of affordable housing possible.

Solar Electric Power Association – Solar Electric Power Association (SEPA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping utilities integrate solar power into their energy portfolios. With more than 750 utility and solar industry members, SEPA provides unbiased utility solar market intelligence, up-to-date information about technologies, business models, and peer-to-peer interaction.

Mortgage Banker’s Association – MBA invests in communities by ensuring the continued strength of the nation’s real estate markets and extending access to affordable housing. MBA acts as the industry’s voice on legislative and regulatory issues, and develops standards and practices for the industry.

Florida Council for Affordable & Rural Housing – FLCARH serves the affordable housing needs of rural Florida. This non-profit organization is dedicated to advocacy of the financing, development and management of affordable multifamily housing.

Georgia Affordable Housing Coalition – GAHC represents the affordable housing industry in Georgia and provides a forum for developers, lenders, syndicators and others in the LIHTC industry. GAHC works to increase resources for affordable housing and monitors legislation and public policy that affect affordable housing. GAHC was instrumental in the passage of the LIHTC legislation that created the Georgia state credit.

Partnership for Sustainable Communities – P4SC is a national non-profit group dedicated to helping make communities more environmentally, economically and socially sustainable through community planning and development. P4SC’s mission includes the reduction of GHG emissions, by promoting green building land use policies and community and urban development practices that encourage environment and location efficient urban development, reduce sprawl, offer housing and economic opportunities for persons of all incomes, and support revitalization of neglected urban areas.
