Vern Landeck
Chief Financial Officer
Vern Landeck is an accomplished Senior Executive, Entrepreneur, and Advisor with more than 30 years of success in the financial services industry., Vern has held leadership positions at KPMG, CFS Continental Foodservice, Hartford Computer Group, TransCapital Corporation, Atlantic Capital Exchange, Inc. (principal), Prime Capital Corporation (NASDAQ), and Capital Life Cycle Inc. With experience as both a financial officer and external advisor to financial services firms, Vern has a broad perspective on strategy and execution. As a CFO, Vern completed six debt and equity offerings on Wall Street. In 2003, Vern formed Capital Life Cycle Inc., an advisory firm serving both traditional financial services companies and high growth FinTech firms. Vern held the position of President and Managing Director until joining Churchill in March 2020. At Churchill, Vern is focused on client needs and strives to develop debt and equity capital strategies to aid our customer’s growth and success. Vern currently services on the board of directors of two independent financial services firms. He holds a FINRA Series 79 license.

Thomas H. Minchew
Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy
Mr. Minchew is an accomplished banker with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Beginning his career as a teller during college, Thomas seized opportunities after graduation and worked his way up to leadership positions including Accounting Operations Manager, Controller, Treasurer, Chief Accounting Officer, and Chief Financial Officer. He has held leadership positions at several banks in Florida including Bank of Florida, American Momentum Bank, Insignia Bank, and most recently Pilot Bank. In addition to his duties as Pilot's CFO, Thomas also served as the Chairman of the Asset Liability Committee as well as Treasurer for its holding company. Thomas brings extensive knowledge relative to accounting and finance, strategic planning, asset/liability management, enterprise risk management, interest rate risk management, capital and liquidity planning, financial audits, regulatory filings and exams, and bank operations. At Churchill, Thomas will focus on strategic planning, company growth initiatives, process improvement and efficiencies, and will serve as a resource and partner to the associates and clients of CSG. Mr. Minchew graduated summa cum laude from Texas A&M University - Commerce in 2003 with his bachelors degree.

Joyce Suarez Genrich, CPA
VP & Chief Accounting Officer
Joyce Genrich serves as the VP & Chief Accounting Officer for CSG. Joyce has many years of accounting and reporting experience in both publicly and privately held companies as well as CPA firms. She has also worked in several industries including Health Insurance, Banking, Utility, Healthcare, Technology, Distribution, Not-for-Profit, and Restaurant, whilst working with SantaFe Healthcare, Citigroup, TECO, Outback Steakhouse, amongst others. Joyce’s expertise includes Start-Ups & Early-Stage Businesses, most notably as Vice-President, Controller and Board Member of Avalon Healthcare Holdings, Inc., a Florida based start-up health insurance provider. Joyce also held the position of Controller with CareSync, Inc., a start-up chronic care management services provider. Joyce also worked as an independent consultant for several other businesses through CFO Alliance and her own consulting firm. In addition, Joyce has Auditing, Tax, and Support Services experience in public accounting with PwC and a large local firm. Joyce graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting, and is an active licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida, and is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Joyce was formerly a Board member of the West Coast Chapter of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Saint Leo University Accounting Advisory Council.

David Carr
VICE PRESIDENT, INVESTOR RELATIONS & ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING
Mr. Carr has over 25 years’ experience as a senior financial manager focused almost exclusively on tax structured investments. He most recently was a Principal and CFO of Hunter Chase & Company, a real estate private equity company. Mr. Carr had primary responsibility for Hunter Chase’s New Markets Tax Credit Program, where he was responsible for raising and managing $134 Million in NMTC structured investments. Prior to joining Hunter Chase, Mr. Carr was the COO for Key Housing Capital’s (“KHC”) Tax Advantaged Equity Group. Mr. Carr had direct responsibility for syndicating, structuring and negotiating in excess of $1 Billion in Low Income Housing Tax Credit investments. Prior to joining Key, Mr. Carr was a partner at The Boston Financial Group, a national LIHTC syndicator, acting as controller for the Property Management division. Mr. Carr also has held the role of CFO for Eardish Corporation, music based social network located in Studio City, CA. Mr. Carr is a retired CPA, having started his career at Ernst & Whinney, leaving as a Tax Manager. He graduated with honors from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.

Cristina Crist
Treasury Manager & Financial Systems Administrator
Ms Crist comes to CSG as one of our Senior Accountants with more than 20 years experience in Accounting. Cristina handles daily cash movement as well as other day to day functions within the Accounting Department. Her ability to adapt and embrace new technology will be beneficial as we continue to expand the responsibilities of our Accounting Department. Cristina received her Master in Accounting from the University of South Florida and has been a Florida CPA since 2008.

Nikita C. Forestier
Staff Accountant II
Nikita C. Forestier Graduate from Our Lady of Elms College located in Chicopee, Massachusetts earning her bachelor’s degree in Accounting with honors. Financial experience working for a non-profit and most recently a software as a service (SaaS) company. Nikita is currently working towards completing her fifth year of accounting to become CPA licensed. On her spare time, Nikita enjoys gaming and going on relaxing walks with her dog.
