CSG Renewable Energy Team
Mr. Sanderson serves as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at CSG. As a thought leader in the company, his responsibilities include spearheading new product development initiatives for all available capital sources in the renewable energy, investment tax credit, and corporate financing space. Mr. Sanderson provides the management, leadership and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.
In addition to his corporate duties at CSG, Mr. Sanderson leads the Renewable Energy Finance Group and is responsible for the development and financing of over $6 Billion of solar assets throughout the United States. His responsibilities include identifying market trends, strategic investment, and tax credit equity for renewable energy projects through a broad range of financing sources including banks, insurance companies, and non-financial sector investors.
Previously, Mr. Sanderson worked at Churchill Financial and served as Vice President responsible for the origination, analysis, negotiation and placement of Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and renewable energy debt and equity finance investments. He managed many of the day-to-day operations, including overseeing the servicing and asset management of a $100M+ project portfolio, planning and development for Marketing, Finance & Accounting and Technology departments.
Mr. Sanderson graduated from the University of South Florida, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and was awarded three varsity letters in football.
Prior to CSG, Mr. Dedek was the divisional chief financial officer with the Credit Suisse Tax Credit Group (CS) responsible for the general financial management and the oversight of the family of CS tax credit funds in excess of $850 million of invested equity. Before joining CS, Mr. Dedek spent seven years with the affordable housing and mezzanine debt and equity divisions of KeyBank Real Estate Capital Private Equity Group as its chief financial officer managing invested equity in excess of $1.3 billion. Mr. Dedek began his career at KPMG departing as a Manager in the audit practice.
Mr. Dedek holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting from John Carroll University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Danielle Hughes has over 25 years of experience in investment banking and equity capital markets. As VP Impact with Churchill Stateside Securities, Danielle focuses on new business with Fortune 1000 companies who are embracing the renewable energy transition into our nation’s clean and sustainable future.
Danielle began her career on Wall Street in 1991 as vice president of trading for a large NASDAQ market making firm, eventually taking command of their IPO and secondary desk. Kicking off a successful entrepreneurial career on Wall Street, Danielle founded Divine Capital Markets, an institutional investment bank in 2001. Divine successfully advised corporate treasury teams, institutions, pension and hedge funds on trading, corporate repurchase and structured products until the company was acquired in 2020. Additionally, in 2006, Danielle founded Divine Asset Management, an advisory and wealth management firm focused on coaching business leaders during times of great change.
Danielle is an independent member of the Board of Directors of Miller/Howard Investments, a $3 billion active asset management firm, serving as chair of the audit, governance, and compensation committees. She has frequently appeared on CNBC, Fox Business and Reuters to talk about markets and economics and is a sought-after speaker on themes of leadership, women in business, and the creation of capital. Danielle graduated cum laude from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and maintains the Series 7, 63, 65, 24, 55, 79 and 99 licenses.
Prior to joining CSS, Mr. Hart spent nearly a decade with Advantage Capital focused on tax equity capital formation, fund structuring, deal execution, and investor relations. Matt brings previous experience as a corporate attorney at an AmLaw 100 firm and as an investment banker at Raymond James, where he executed public offerings, private placements, and mergers & acquisitions for growing technology companies.
Matt graduated magna cum laude from Tulane University Law School and received his B.Sci. magna cum laude in economics and financial economics from Vanderbilt University. Matt is a member of the State Bar of Texas (inactive) and maintains his Series 22 and Series 63 securities licenses.
Alex brings over 35 years of financial industry experience focusing on educating investors in regards to tax credit and tax advantaged investing. Alex possesses knowledge of Renewable Energy Credits, New Market Tax Credits, Environmental Credits, and State and Federal Tax Incentives, focused programmatic issuance of securities, and structured transactions.
Located in Cincinnati, Alex Stillpass has a BA in Political Economy with an Historical Perspective from the Murphy Institute of Political Economy at Tulane University. Alex maintains the General Securities Representative (Series 7), Investment Banking Representative (Series 79) and Uniform Securities Agent (Series 63) Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Registrations.
